What a pain! Trying to buy a house, dealing with solicitors, building societies etc
It all just takes so long and causes so much aggravation. Not helped by the fact, in this case, that it's a new house and doesn't actually exist for insurance purposes
I'm sure it will get sorted eventually (it had better as I'm due to move in at the end of the month) but it makes me wonder how the housing market can be so buoyant when there's so much hassle involved that I intend to stay put for an awful long time
